Background: A native of San Jose, Nancy Zingheim has deep roots in California. She spent nine years in Fair Oaks after completing her schooling and then settled in Granite Bay, where she has been a resident for 28 years. Nancy is a proud mother of three and a doting grandmother to four granddaughters.

Education and Early Career:  With a degree in Home Economics from Sacramento State, Nancy's expertise in textiles and clothing design paved the way for her career in staging and interior design before becoming a Realtor in 2007.

Real estate license and passion: Nancy holds a license in Sacramento County and has made a career out of building lovely, practical homes by fusing her knowledge of design with her love of construction.
