"I have never been a fan of using a realtor in the past due to bad or disappointing experiences.  But with the housing market being in such a chaotic state, we knew we were going to need one.  We had a LARGE list of demands, as far as what we were looking for, and a pretty strict budget of what we were willing to spend.  To say the least, we were very picky and we knew this was a great time to get a great deal.

We decided to use Nancy Zingheim, based on a friend’s recommendation, and were pleasantly surprised just as soon as we went on our first trip out with her to look at houses.  I could tell that she was very knowledgeable without being arrogant like many other Realtors that I have met or worked with.
